Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bet22 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. bet22's aggregate liability to any individual Player for direct damages arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bet22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions. In the event of a material technical failure affecting bet settlement or payment processing, bet22 will endeavour to rectify the issue promptly and will apply its standard void and re-settlement procedures as appropriate.
bet22 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Terms violation, AML concern, or unresolved KYC requirements. During suspension, the Player's ability to deposit, withdraw, or place bets may be restricted pending investigation.
bet22 may terminate a Player's account permanently where: a Terms breach is confirmed, identity or age verification fails, fraud or collusion is established, or the Player is found to be located in a Prohibited Territory. Upon termination for cause, bet22 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.
